I found McKenzie on Yelp, and was impressed with the multiple positive reviews. I called the office a week before my appointment as I was nervous about first time Botox and Juvederm injections. The receptionist was so sweet and calmed all my fears. She gave me tips to reduce inflammation and gave me her first hand experience. Arriving at the office, I was pleased to see such a clean and inviting atmosphere. McKenzie counseled me on what products would be best for me. I was very nervous about discomfort I would feel. I'm happy to report that all of my fears were unfounded and I felt no discomfort whatsoever. Mckenzie uses a numbing cream that makes everything a breeze. While in office, I noticed that they offer a ton of spa services. I will definitely be back!

So glad I found McKenzie's establishment last year through Yelp. She's thorough, very warm and friendly, and good at what she does to say the least. Moreover, she has done a better job than most "pretentious" places I've been to and her prices are unbeatable. Make sure to make an appointment. I couldn't recommend her enough--I'm encouraging everyone to check her out!

Today was my first visit to Ageless Image after my plastic surgeon retired last year. (I had two prior consults with other offices that I was not comfortable with).
You will find the atmosphere very pleasant and professional. McKenzie, is very sincere, friendly and a great communicator. A perfect balance of listening yet, giving her opinion and explanation of products making it easy to understand. Prices were given up front, in a transparent, forthright manner.
My outcome was better with McKenzie this first time than the entire duration I was treated with my former plastic surgeon for eight years. I am really thrilled!
A nice bonus is that they run monthly specials....listed on their website. Today for making my Juvaderm purchase, I was entitled to get a complimentary facial for the future. Such a nice unexpected little perk. Thank you so much again and I highly recommend Ageless Image!!!

I finally decided to get rid of my "tired" look and found Ageless Image on Yelp. The reviews are completely true! I don't have any prior knowledge of Botox and filler as this was my first time. They completely put me at ease and were straight forward, NOT PUSHY whatsoever! I received Botox in my forehead and elevens. Filler was used around my nasal folds. She was so fast and gentle at the same time, it didn't hurt nearly what I thought it was going to. She doesn't go overboard, and I'm going to get a bit more done around my mouth, but I would much rather go slow and see where it falls in a few days. The specials are great and you earn points through the supplier of some of her products. That's a win/win in my book. Who doesn't like to save money! I'll be going back asap but I don't want her to think I'm already obsessed....:)

I found this place based off reviews on Yelp. I heard McKenzie was the best to go to for all procedures, and the reviews were right she is one of few that I trust with my face and I respect her honesty. She doesn't over due it ever. And I love my acne lift facials from Chelsea. My skin is glowing and so refreshed after my 45 min-hour session with her. I'm from Dearborn and it's worth the drive!

I went to see Chelsea in the hope that she could help me with the large, very dark brown spots on my legs. I asked for laser treatments, thinking that she could fade them a bit ( I've had them for a long time). To my delight, they are nearly gone after just the first treatment- I'm so happy! She and McKenzie are professional, lovely to work with, and extremely knowledgeable. I will always recommend them! Thanks a million!

Wow, what an awesome appointment with Chelsea @ Ageless Image in Farmington!!!! I had immediate results after the hydrafacial. The best part is my skin looks & feels rejuvenated!!!! I cant wait to give this experience as a gift to my mother, mother-in-law, sister & BFF. The staff are extremely professional & the office has a spa like feel, very clean. I am more than impressed with my overall visit & will definitely make this a regular pampering for myself to stay looking youthful!

McKenzie has an exceptional bedside manner and a great sense of humor. During your consultation she discloses the substance(s) that will be injected and openly discusses the risks (if any) and benefits of the treatment. Her goal is to use injectables that are best suited to deliver safe and effective results.

All my life I have blacked out/passed out when doctors or nurses give me vaccines, cosmetic injections, or draw blood, and McKenzie is the only person that I've NOT had that happen with! Ageless Image Aesthetic Services is fantastic! I love McKenzie's work. I have gone to many doctors and nurses for botox treatments through the years, but McKenzie is the best. Bravely addressing areas that most won't even touch, because she knows what she's doing, she skillfully responded to my concerns with remarkable results - and no bruising! Of course bruising is always a possibility when the face is injected, but it just hasn't happened with McKenzie so far.
Naturally McKenzie addresses the "standard" botox areas (frown lines, crow's feet) beautifully. But it is her awareness of human physiology that enables her to address problems on the more delicate areas of the face that I didn't even realize could be resolved, that takes her service to a higher level.
McKenzie is a nurse, highly intelligent, and understands beauty. She doesn't overuse the product, but provides just enough to get great results in a cost effective manner. She knows that people who look good, feel good, and she is doing her part to make that happen. I highly recommend her to any one who wants to bring out the beauty in their face.
